Membership Information
PTA membership dues and donations support your child by funding essential educational and curriculum needs, advocating on behalf of children and educators at the local, state, and national levels; and building an inclusive school community for every family.
We invite you to join the Turner Creek Elementary PTA for your child because increasing our membership, even by one, makes it possible to provide important educational resources, speak up on important issues, and create a stronger school community.
The PTA hosts programs and raises funds to improve our school community. The PTA funds Teacher grants, Technology purchases, various Clubs. Last year, we funded water bottle filling stations and replaced the playground sun shades that were damaged during a recent storm and also organized community events such as Spirit Nights and Outdoor Movie Nights. Connection Opportunities – The PTA provides networking opportunities for you to share ideas, concerns and experiences with school administrators, teachers and other parents. Enhance Children’s Enrichment – The PTA sponsors many of the programs and events that you and your children enjoy throughout the year. Last year these included but were not limited to Talent Show, Battle of the Books, Virtual Story Times, Virtual Coding Night and Teacher and Staff Appreciation. Without your involvement and donations these events would not be possible. Give Back and Support – Use your talents and skills or simply volunteer your time to give back. Your involvement truly makes a difference and will benefit the entire Turner Creek Elementary School community.
